Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Creature Audio website, account portal and the Monster Review web app at review.creatureaudio.com (the “Site”), operated by Creature Creative LTD, trading as Creature Audio. By using the Site you agree to these terms. Your use of our software is governed separately by the End User Licence Agreement, and, during the pre-release period, by the Beta Testing Agreement.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase.

2. Purchases and payment

Purchases and subscriptions are sold and processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms and their handling of billing, tax and refunds. Subscription plans (such as Monster Switch CONNECT) renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site or Services unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or overload the Site, accounts, or the CONNECT relay;
• circumvent licensing, authentication, or access controls;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute access without our permission;
• post anything unlawful, abusive or infringing in Monster Review notes, or share a project link or password with people the project owner hasn’t authorised.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, our software, branding, logos and content are owned by Creature Creative LTD or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms grant you no rights in them except the limited right to use the Site as intended.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Site and Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, and we may change these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, profits, or business, and our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
